Dear customers,
At 11:46 a.m. CEST, a disruption occurred in our core routing system.
This caused the following services to go down:
- Customer Interface and API 11:46 a.m. – 12:01 p.m. CEST
- Livestreaming 11:54 a.m. – 12:40 p.m. CEST
- Distributed Storage 11:54 a.m. – 12:33 p.m. CEST
All services are now back up and running.
The incident is currently under investigation. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide you with further information in the course of next week.
We are doing everything we can to prevent such problems in the future and are continuously working to improve our systems.
We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your understanding!
